Merchant Center suspended? We rebuild the trust Google is looking for.
When Google flags a store for misrepresentation, it rarely says why. We fix every likely cause, prove it with independent audits, and hand you a ready-to-file case before you use your next review.
02 · The problem
Why stores get suspended for misrepresentation.
Google compares what your store says with what it does, and with what the rest of the web says about you. When those don't line up, it treats the gap as a trust problem. These are the gaps we find most often.
Your price on Google differs from your checkout total, often because tax or delivery is added at checkout.
Your delivery and return terms differ between your policies, your checkout and Merchant Center.
Your business details (name, address, phone, ABN) differ between your website, Google and your social pages.
Your site makes claims you can't back up, such as stock you don't hold, same-day dispatch, dealer status or warranty lengths.
Each review you use makes the next one harder. Some accounts get only one more chance.

05 · Case study
An Australian HVAC parts retailer, approved after a refused review
The store's review was refused and Merchant Center was offering its last review. We found the checkout added 10% GST on top of prices that said GST was included, delivery terms differed between checkout and Merchant Center, and business details varied across the web. Over five weeks we cleaned 2,187 products and 210 collections, aligned every policy with Merchant Center, verified all 18 Google products field by field, and ran six audit rounds until the account was ready. The account was approved on 20 October 2026.
